Live-leak & Best Gore are usually my go to when I feel the need for a WTF moment.  I remember when this first became a thing with sites like rotten.com  Oh how the options are now limitless.

Both flyp.me and morphtoken don't work without JavaScirpt but at least they both have APIs.

I've never been asked for ID by any of them.
