Anyone want to create a better general link menu template for WebOasis?

Anyone want to create a better general link menu template for WebOasis?

Examples of the pages I am wanting replaced:
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Single page that's sole purpose is to provide a list of links in a similar format to the ones above. Just nicer looking.

Requirements:
No frameworks or libraries like jQuery. I want small page size. Very optimized and minimal code.
Must contain easy to see link back to homepage of WebOasis.
Must contain easy to see links of all the items I plan on listing. Could be 2-3, could be dozens.
HTML, CSS, JS, IMAGES ONLY
Must be mobile phone / tablet friendly.
Must work with all resolutions and all browsers. (within reason)

I've had random people ask me throughout the 2 years of WebOasis what they can do to help or contribute. I never really had much to tell them at the time. I'm gonna start posting some non-essential non-crucial projects up here for the community to potentially help or assist with. We'll see how it goes and continue from there. Any help, code, time, you are willing to contribute would be most appreciated.

I have many logo files and assorted WebOasis imagery if any of that would help.

Not only will this be used on those two pages, but I plan on using the same format/template on any new pages like those as well.

Any takers?

I can do it. Where can I find the files and imagery?

I can help with conceptualizing, I'll post a simple mock up soon.

The placeholders are for some generic icons? or are we gonna make custom graphics/icons for each one? Whats your plan?

We can use this logo again for arcade page: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Custom graphics, not sure if that can be used for things outside tube/arcade though.

Here is the cleaned up template version with an example in it.
You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Unless I get further input, this is what I consider the final version.

Looks great. I do have some further input.

I wanted to change backgrounds. I didn't like such a simple page needing to load a 400kb 4k JPG.

Lets get something super lightweight like You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login please

Any chance you or someone else can make those "custom graphics icons" for Tube page which will currently need 2: Comedy & Documentaries

The arcade page needs one for each link here: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

My art/design skill is almost non-existent lol.

Looks good, I don't really like the outline though. Just use some more box blur and it will look nice.
I think some of the edits you've done broke the page on mobile for me and there's only one item per row instead of the picture I provided above which had many. (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login)
Also I'd much rather have an svg than a png for a background. 80kb is still too much for a useless background that could be anything else and serves no purpose.

I have resized background image down to like 25kb now with minimal quality loss. This is as small as I can get it without you being able to notice. I am redoing the outline now.

I don't like borders, I'm ok with them if you do.
Also I don't get what the new javascript and replacements (style to data-cfstyle) do.
Edit: tested the border on my phone, it does not display???

Now I'm confused...

"Also I don't get what the new javascript and replacements (style to data-cfstyle) do."

Maybe clear cache again? I didn't add any javascript. I only changed html and css. I ran index.html through a minimizer which messed something up, So I redid it again without minimizing.

I'm still against all this border thing, do you like how I've made the tube?

Changed the background to an svg one, added rounded corners and added shadow blur instead of those ugly borders. What do you think?

Ok, I changed some sizes around, so Im gonna combine mine and yours...Don't worry I'll take your rounded version with no borders since you hate them so much lol. I guess I'm stuck in the late 90's to early 2000's designs where you put a 1px stroke on everything. As you can see from WebOasis, I'm more into functionality than design.

Why's mine all retarded at the bottom? Please work off mine. I've implemented all your suggestions and it looks nearly perfect, except mine has this weird border at bottom I can't get to go away. Its something minor and stupid I'm not seeing. Save me before I go insane.

Border shadows keep the functionality while also being nice to look at.

I can't find the problem, the div decides it wants to be 204px instead of 200 that the image is.
Adding this to the container div: `style="height:200px;"` fixes the problem, but it's not the best solution.

Can you take my template I provided and edit from there? (I've added more media stuff to make the logo scale better)

This is for our twitter page.

this one at the bottom is being sucky too...

This one has dynamic height, how can we fix?

Found the problem, the element inside the container div needs to be displayed as a block.
Remove the height:200px and add this in the style-sheet instead: display: block;
For the twitter page you can add this: iframe {display:block !important;}

I'll try to fix both tonight. Thanks. These little CSS glitches have been driving me nuts.
