Currently this is unclear. We will need to see more details.

Some people are suggesting they can pay their tax fines and change company names and continue what they've been doing...

Some people think the owners may see some jail time,,,

No one is sure if servers, equipment, or datacenter will be seized. So far they haven't...

Only time will tell, I will try to update this thread with any new info I discover.

Keep searching for the names ecatel, novogara, ip volume, etc on google (recent articles) and social media for updates

They have been creating new companies for ages now, but I think it was because of illegal stuff they host, not tax evasion.
If it's just for tax evasion, I doubt there will be servers seized.
I also wonder if there are more people involved that could continue running the company.
