Desktop Screenshot Share October 01, 2019, 10:14:55 pm I used to be obsessed with searching images of other peoples desktop. (Guilty Pleasure I admit). This was a way for me to find those unique and rare programs people were using that I had never yet heard of. Then I would go and search, and if it sounded useful install. So I'll share and feel free to reciprocate.https://mega.nz/#!pwY3EIbZ!L9XLc0GIu71B9Ynsq4tZp1Q2d5T6tB0_n7WkGr9Zkfw Last Edit: October 01, 2019, 10:18:25 pm by nd684d 1 Likes

Asking as a linux newb :pI come from Windows, but that's always doing things in the background and I never have a clue what. Makes me anxious. My first linux experience was kali (which is debian based) so I knew my way around that distribution, "it's what I know" . (just the OS tho, not the tools)But Kali is not for daily use so I looked for something that was also Debian based as it's what I know.I've tried:UbuntuDeepinOSZorinOSThose were all great but still came with things out of the box which wasn't what I was looking for. Then came Debian Buster so I thought why not and now I just run plain Debian and it's good, I like it.Only struggle I had was battery life but that is all good now.If your question was why debian and not something like Arch, ...I tried Debian first and it works very well for me. Haven't had the need to look anywhere else. What distro are you having? The resource monitor is gotop: https://github.com/cjbassi/gotop 1 Likes
